I became a real estate agent because the experience that I had buying my first home in my early twenties was not great. The process left me feeling confused and disappointed. Lots of things had been missed in the rush and we were just another number.  There were steps that were never explained, first time buyer programs that we could've used...had we known about them.  I knew there had to be a better way to help people through their real estate journey.


I use my past experience in marketing and customer service to guide my process. I'm passionate about learning about my clients and finding out what drives their needs and dreams so that I can create an awesome experience for them. As a mother of two young kids and a Sparks homeowner, I know that buying a home in Northern Nevada is complicated. That’s why my process may feel different than working with other real estate agents…it's meant to give you the knowledge and care that sometimes gets overlooked.

I want all of my clients to walk into a new phase of their life with the feeling that they have been empowered to make the best decisions for themselves and their loved ones.

Did you know that you may be able to purchase a home with zero money down?  

If you're a renter, there is a grant available that provides up to $25,000 cash that can be used for down payment, closing costs, and other home purchase expenses.

And there is a mortgage program that provides 100% financing with a small percentage issued as a down payment loan with no interest rate that is forgivable after five years. 

Cash grants, closing cost credits, interest rate reductions, property tax bill credits, seller paid contributions and no down payment loans are all options that are available to first time buyers that make the dream of buying a home more attainable.
